We have created Smart Dialogue to help you to address these challenges.
As an online consultation package it can be used alongside the
processing of conventional paper and e-mail consultations. It
provides you with a simple to use analysis tool and the ability
to display results clearly and easily on a website.
To use Smart DialogueTM:
- You provide us with your consultation document and a set
of questions you want to ask. We will then set up a dedicated
consultation website branded to your specification.
- The consultation will be set to start and finish on the
dates you require and we will send periodic reminder e-mails
to anyone who has registered to participate.
- At the end of the consultation period we will provide you
with the data on our Dialogue DX system which allows you to
analyse and collate responses.
- The results will then be made available on the website in
an easily accessible format, allowing participants to browse
all responses and to identify those that particularly interest
them.
Smart Dialogue has been developed using all our experience of
setting up and running bespoke consultations for organisations,
large and small. It takes the core elements of Dialogue by Design's
highly successful online consultation service and packages them
so that any organisations can use the website component and the
analysis tool in a cost-effective manner.
Smart Dialogue allows a complete consultation to be carried out
effectively at a very competitive price, and the methodology is
broad enough to apply to the majority of consultation types. The
Smart Dialogue framework is flexible so that if a consultation
requires extra components or services, these can be costed in
separately, while retaining the simplicity and cost-effectiveness
of the core Smart Dialogue system.
